I need Union (UAW) advice Enhanced Temporary Employees (ETE’s). Is there no national contract to protect us?

Question by Sgt. Pepper: I need Union (UAW) advice Enhanced Temporary Employees (ETE’s). Is there no national contract to protect us?
I was hired at chrysler belvidere assembly as a 119 day worker and forced to sign a two year (ETE) contract paying around per hour. This is a UAW shop and they did this to 1000 people, while other employees are making around per hour we were all paying the same union dues. Chrysler then laid off all ETE’s with none of the subpay or any other benefits the other “union” workers recieve. They are now calling us ETE’s back at per hr no health insurance and no benefits which is what i am making on unemployment. All the other workers are still making thier 30 per hr. Can i be denied my unemployment if i say no? Unequal pay and unethical treatment i thought this is what the UAW stood against and do i have to accept the same job i had but with a huge pay cut. Are there any lawyers that can help or give advice this has effected and ruined alot of peoples lives many left good jobs and moved here two years ago in hopes of a better life. Is there a national contract to help us?
